Just as the trend in the world automobile market, ams actively seeks to internationalize itself. As an activity of the highest priority for ams, the Best Cars survey is also highly internationalized. In 1976, "auto motor und sport" launched it in Germany. During these 34 years, lots of professional media from 23 countries participated in it, and this year Best Cars happens in 17 countries simultaneously, with all the collected data studied and analyzed in Germany. For Chinese automobile manufacturers this is a convenient opportunity to obtain market data including consumer preferences for products and brands in many countries.
